She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Strumski and Rose Strumski of Tunkhannock; and her brother David Strumski. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Ellsworth; her children, Greg Ellsworth (Cheryl, Jeff Ellsworth) and Marie Pernot; her grandchildren, Gregory Ellsworth, Victoria, Vanessa Ellsworth, Mark and Jeffery Pernot; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Carpenetti and Francis Strumski Jr..
