He was predeceased by: his wife Marion C. Hewitt Hoffman; his parents, Willard E. Hoffman and Ann R. McDermott Hoffman; and his brother Willard Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Kim Rubino (Moscow), Debra Owens (Thomas) and Jack Hoffman (Ginny); and his sisters, Ann Marie Kondash, Archbald Hoffman and Randi Hoffman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
