He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Irene Giles Seamans Sr.; his wife Louise Leonard Seamans; and his siblings, Carl Jr., Norman, Richard and Sonna Simmons.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Pencek of Factoryville; his brother Roger Seamans of Factoryville; his grandchildren, Richard Pencek (Cindy) of San Diego, CA and Erin Burns (Corey) of Factoryville; and his great grandchildren, Corey K. and Téa Burns of Factoryville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
