She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Clark and Mary Davenport Clark; her husband Andrew B. Lukasewicz Sr. (Ben); her children, Mary "Chris" Gaultney and Andrew B. Lukasewicz Jr.; and her siblings, Ralph Richard (Bud), William Clark, Margie Bemis, Joyce Gilbride and Jessie Trojanowicz.
She is survived by: her son Stanley Lukasewicz of Factoryville; and her sister Diana Konopka of Nicholson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
