He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burnett and Mary Fendrock Burnett; and his siblings, Andy, Bernard, George, Joe Burnett, Mae Bakes, Sophie Zukowski, Rose Gawron and Ann Rogowski.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Wilk; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law Michael Monahan of Webster, NY; and his grandchildren, Megan (Michael Smith), Theresa Monahan and Patrick Monahan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
