He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coccetti and Mary Lemoncelli Coccetti; and his brothers, Samuel (Edith), Gilbert (Josephine) and Leonard.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Sharon Merli (Phil) of Aiken, SC and Earl John Coccetti Jr. (Bernadette Gatto); his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Robert, Jeremy Merli (Ann) and Dr Nicole Merli-Bhagwandass (Nithin Bhagwandass); his great grandchildren, Emma, Josie, Krew, Nolan, Miles and Audrey Bhagwandass; his sisters-in-law, Theresa Avason, Lucy Clark and Norma Caselli-Coccetti; his godchildren, Gail and Frank Avason III; and also Josephine Avasine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hudak-O'shea Funeral Home (115 N Garfield Ave, Olyphant, PA 18447). A Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Patrick's Church (200 Delaware Ave, Olyphant, PA 18447). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Francis Cemetery.
