He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coccetti and Mary Lemoncelli Coccetti; and his brothers, Samuel (Edith), Gilbert (Josephine) and Leonard.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Sharon Merli (Phil) of Aiken, SC and Earl John Coccetti Jr. (Bernadette Gatto); his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Robert, Jeremy Merli (Ann) and Dr Nicole Merli-Bhagwandass (Nithin Bhagwandass); his great grandchildren, Emma, Josie, Krew, Nolan, Miles and Audrey Bhagwandass; his sisters-in-law, Theresa Avason, Lucy Clark and Norma Caselli-Coccetti; his godchildren, Gail and Frank Avason III; and also Josephine Avasine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
