He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Dale Middaugh and Catherine Middaugh (Potolosky). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his cousin Beth Tolfree; his sister-in-law Margaret North; his stepson Stephen McGonigle (Bobbi McGonigle); and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Sophia McGonigle.
