We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2022, at the age of 96, Thelma C. Phipps of Exton, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Phipps, Jr.; her parents, L. Leon Conner and Adelaide Mattson Conner; her son Thomas J. Phipps, III; her son-in-law Chester R. Hershey; and her siblings, L. Leon Conner, Jr., Wallace E. Conner and Marie Conner Turpin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Hershey and Judith Ammon (Jeff); and her niece Patty Donnon (Thelma). She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
