She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Fernandes and Eileen Fernandes (Comach); her husband Karl Weger Jr.; and her siblings, Shelia Fernandes, Maureen Kacmarcik, Margaret Elliott and Leslie Fernandes.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Christen (James) of Downingtown, Karl Weger III (Debbie) of Exton and Carolyn Luther (Scott) of Henderson, NC; her grandchildren, Bryan Reese, Patricia Reese, Rachel Weger and David Weger; and her great grandchildren, Kayden Reese and Jett Reese.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia's name may be made to the American Red Cross.
