She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reilly and Mary Reilly; and her brothers, Thomas and Joseph Reilly. She is survived by: her husband Frank J. O'Sullivan; her children, Kevin O'Sullivan (Melissa), Erin Freed (Dan) and Bridget O'Sullivan; and her siblings, John Reilly (Sharon), Marty Reilly (Jodi) and Agnes Ware (Roger). She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, many cousins, and friends who became her chosen family.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Philip and James Church (723 E Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at the All Souls Cemetery (3215 Manor Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320).
