She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Bartel; her parents, Augustus John Rogies and Johanna Wilhelmina Hinch Rogies; her siblings, Ruth Sierck, James Rogies and Rene Oakley; her grandson Casey John Russo; and her great grandchild Mason John Wohlberg.
She is survived by: her sisters, Anna Christopher and Alice Kapavik (Walter); her daughters, Linda Fulton, Laura Vasko and Lisa Russo (John); her grandchildren, Eric Wohlberg (Karen), Janice Austin (Hudson), Brad Russo, Eileen Plocicki (Leo), Jesse Russo (Melissa), Michael T. Vasko and Natalie Fulton; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Carter, Logan, Jackson, Oakley Rose, Leah, Jace, Genevieve and Charlotte.
