She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crutz and Dorothy Crutz (Allshouse). She is survived by: her daughter Janel Herbert (Andrew Herbert); her grandson Anderson Hunter; and her siblings, David Crutz (Jan Crutz), Leslie Obleschuk (Walter Obleschuk) and Toni McKinney (Mike McKinney). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand nieces.
