With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Jacecko of Exton, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Jacecko to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Slovakian; his wife Shirley; his children, Christine Jampo (Dominick), Michele Scheetz (Rick), John Jacecko Jr. (Kathleen) and Maria Jacecko; and his grandchildren, Darrah Jampo Mallon, Alec Scheetz, Michael Jampo, Arden Scheetz and Carly Jacecko.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, West Chester University, or the University of Pittsburgh.
