He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse C. Hill Sr. and Charlotte C. "Lottie" Hill (Parfitt) of Schuylkill Haven, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Daphne Child Hill; his sisters-in-law, Adrienne Ochis, Linda Child and Gwyneth Arrison; and his cousins, Karl Parfitt, Ralph Peters, Bruce Peters and Catherine Annie Peters.
