It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry R. Patterson III of Exton, Pennsylvania, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rathbone Patterson, Jr. and Thyra Hughes Patterson; and his sister Julie Evans. He is survived by: his children, Henry Rathbone Patterson, IV (Sharon) and Laura April Patterson; his wife Patricia Parr; his grandchildren, Zechariah, Isaiah, Noah, Rebekah Patterson, Elisabeth Buchmoyer (Lucas) and Lael Yankelitis; and his sister Tina Bartlow (Paul Bartlow).
