She was predeceased by: her husband Jules Panetta; her parents, Walter F. Maxwell and Kathleen Rains; and her son Christopher Panetta. She is survived by: her daughter Maureen Panetta; her brothers, Donald G. Maxwell and Gary W Maxwell; and her grandchildren, Greg, Megan, Corey and Kevin.
