He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Costanzo and Lena Costanzo; and his wife Rosemary Catherine Costanzo. He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Costanzo (Christine) and Francis M. Costanzo (Sherry); his grandchildren, Carmen M. Williams, Alexander J. Costanzo, Kara Cresse and Michael Costanzo; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Williams, Cole Costanzo, Emilia Cresse and Sophie Costanzo.
