Norman of Coatesville, PA and Joseph H. Clark of Portland; and his siblings, Jacqueline Hamilton of Coatesville, PA, John Carter of Baltimore, MD and Rev. Leroy Carter of Lithonia, GA. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
