We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2019, at the age of 84, Vivienne Dombrowski (Export, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stanley Dombrowski; her brother Dr. Alan Polson (Anne Polson) of Blue Bell; her children, Dr. Jan Dombrowski (Kathy Knox Dombrowski), Nadia Dombrowski (Harry Carrel), Conn and Stefan Dombrowski (Anke Kramer); her nephew Glyn Polson (Kathleen Phelps Polson) of Boston, Mass.; her grandchildren, Christina, Aleksander, Lydia, Alina, Pascale, Katya, Natasha and Sonya; and her great-nieces, Ayla, Eliza and Kate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to in honor of Vivienne's decades-long practice as a nurse and commitment to caring for others.
