She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. May and Nellie L. May (Stover); and her siblings, Frances Howe, Mary Wilson, Katherine Peebles, Richard Peebles and Judith Wisnieski.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Shipkosky; her children, Stephanie L. Kemper of Bidwell Ohio and Anthony T. Shipkosky (Amy) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Jacob, Layne, Alexis and Brayden; and her sister Carol Kuzmich (Raymond).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sally's name to the American Kidney Foundation, 11921 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852.
