She was predeceased by: her parents, Dmitar Kukich and Milica Kukich (Merich); and her husbands, Charles Mixinotch and Cyril Hancsak. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Michele Howland (Bob) of Penn Hills, Millie Mixinotch of Squirrel Hill and Selma Resnick (Russ) of Raleigh, N. C.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mildred's name to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 2110 Haymaker Rd., Monroeville, PA 15146.
