He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Joe; his wife Shirley Leblang (Morrison); his daughter Carol Ford (Leblang); his siblings, Harriet Cooper and Al LeBlang; his daughters, Debra Pickens (Jack) of Murrysville and Lisa Gebrosky (Norm) of Delmont; his grandchildren, David Pickens (Nicole), Samantha Pickens, Hanah Jones (Spencer) and Jacob Gebrosky; his great grandchild Jack Pickens; and also Harriet. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be mad in Joe's name to a local public television station.
