He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Oslosky and Rose Oslosky (Kudray); his wife Hazel Oslosky (Woods); his sons, Randy Oslosky and Jon Oslosky; and his siblings, Albert Oslosky, Andy Oslosky, Mary Tokarz, Margie Negich, Leonard Oslosky, Henry Oslosky, Irene Muca, Wanda Gressman, George Oslosky and Stanley.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles of Export, Dennis (Carol) of New Alexandria and Richard Oslosky of Greensburg; his daughter-in-law Delia Oslosky (Dolly) of Penn Township; his grandchildren, Justin Oslosky (Ashley), Christopher Oslosky, Nicole Braun (Nick), Corey Oslosky, Chelsea Smith (DJ), Tawnya Buczak (Tommy), Jennifer Melcher, Garrett Oslosky and Jason Oslosky; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Lincoln, Brody Braun, Elyse, Easton Oslosky, Olivia, Able Smith and Joshua Esch; his siblings, Helen Loughner and Edward Oslosky; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Woods and Margie Ventura. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
