He is survived by: his children, James Parks (Vicki) and Jennifer (Kristoffer); his grandchildren, James, Brionna Parks and Persephone Lichtenberger; his sister Patty Shields (David); his niece Chrissy Craft (Chris); and his nephew Tom Shields.
