He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jane Lape (Hill); his children, Zane Lape (Carole), Tawni Wallace (James) and Tracy Lape (Linda); and his grandchildren, Holly Lape, Allen Lape (Allison), Brittany Haswell (Daniel), Joseph Puzder, Shawn Wallace (Kimberly), Alicia Brown (Ross), David Lape (Erica), Laura Hizer (Patrick), Richard Cook and Nicholas Cook. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
