He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Kalmer; and his parents, Stephen Orphanos and Stella Orphanos. He is survived by: his sister Olga Pappas; his nieces and nephews, Michelle Stoltz (Klaus), Niki Marsh (Steve), Niki Paladino (Rod), Steve Pappas (Carol) and Mark Pappas (Sue); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Archie Stoltz, Bernie Stoltz, Nick Marsh, Alex Marsh, Alexis McCandless, Derek Paladino, Meaghan Pappas, Nick Pappas, Kirk Pappas and Sammy Pappas.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, 123 Gilkeson Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
