He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Restagno Sr. and Lucia Grace (Lucy); and his siblings, Salvatore Restagno (Kelly), Maria Costa (Lenny), Ignatius Michael Restagno (Debra Shanahan) and Rosalia Bullock (Tim).
