She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Vardjan and Edith Vardjan (Brobst); and her siblings, Edith Soltis and Matthew Vardjan. She is survived by: her daughters, Karyn L. Alam and Jill D. Hawk; her sisters, Bernice Sellers of Reading, Vida Gerbino of Reading and Barbara Beck of Reading; her grandsons, Zachary Alam and Omar Alam; and also Kurt Lowther.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Chapel of St. George.
