He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley J. Katulis and Jean (Daynorowicz); and his former wife Andrea Katulis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Katulis (Williams) of Exeter Township; his children, Dennis Katulis (Kathy Jo), Edward Katulis and Bernadette Katulis; his close friends, Adam Ball, Samantha Rechieru (Silviu) and Melissa Katulis (Steve Young); and his brothers, Joesph Robert Katulis (Carol) and Chester John Katulis (Regina). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
