She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tylka and Audra Golden Tylka; her son Albert Hudspith; and her boyfriend William Petlock. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Blozik (John) of Thorsby and Cheryl Stache (Steve) of Exeter Township, PA.; her grandchildren, Dr. Thomas Stasicha of Katy, TX, Jeffrey Stasicha of Charleroi, Dr. Stephen Stache (Daniella Miele) of Wynnewood, PA and Dr. Cassandra Stache Rajczy (Robert) of Conshohocken, PA.; her great grandchildren, Keagan, Abigail, Madeline Stasicha, MacKenzie Flanigan, Stephen, Anna, Julia Stache and Zsofia Rajczy; her sister Edythe DeGrazia (John) of Dearborn Heights, MI; and her daughter-in-law Andrea Macko of Monessen.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Madonna Regional Catholic School or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
