He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Mest and Beulah Mest (Hoffman). He is survived by: his wife Agnes Mest (Kozak); his sons, Ryan L. Mest of Birdsboro and Eric R. Mest (Kathleen A. Mest) of Exeter Township; his grandchildren, Rodney and Kathryn; and his brother Merrill Mest of Boyertown.
