He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Frank and Kathleen M. Fegley (Huntzinger). He is survived by: his children, Todd Thomas (Kristen Fegley) of Reading and Jill Kimberly (Jason Bowers) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Claudia Jean Fegley (Scott Marshall), Julian Sebastian Fegley, Jesse Oswald and Jakob Oswald; and his siblings, Jerome Findey, Eleanor (Larry Eisenhart), Carl Fegley and Louise Fegley.
