He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Ann (Adams) and Leroy Timmins Moyer. He is survived by: his close friend Wendy Wentzel; his children, Megan May Moyer-Craig (David Craig) of Downington Pa and Richard Moyer Jr. of Shillington, PA; his siblings, Beth A Quigg of Muhlenberg Township, Laurie L (Joseph Boguslowski) of Wyomissing and Lee R. Moyer (Polly Moyer) of Muhlenberg; and his grandchildren, Delanie and Charlotte Craig.
