She was predeceased by: her father James Guthman. She is survived by: her husband Bruce R. Seiz; her mother Ruth Guthman (Twietmeyer) of Utica, NY; her children, Julia C. Seiz and Jordan D; and her siblings, Charlene Young of New Hartford, NY, Linda Zutter of Madison, AL and Arthur Guthman of Greenville, VA.. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
