He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Border and June Border English (Keffer); and his brother Thomas Border. He is survived by: his wife Lori E. Border (Spatz); and his pet Molly.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Schwartzwald Ucc Cemetery (75 Church Lane Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
