He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane Yohn (Pawling) and George Yohn; and his sister Susan Wagner (Rick Wagner). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Angela Lewis (Jason Lewis) of Newark, DE and Rebecca Degler; his grandchildren, Jacob Oliver and Allyson Lauren; and his siblings, Nancy Beck (Russ Beck) of Lititz and Barry Yohn of Temple.
Jay's final wish was for all people to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
