He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie O. Garman (Ochs); his parents, William H. Garman Jr. and Sarah J. Garman (Huber); and his brothers, William H. Garman III and Andrew Garman.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Garman (Kristy) of Mohnton, James Garman II of Exeter Township and Maryann Beeman (Richard) of Shillington; his grandchildren, Jarred, Darian, Seth and Chase; his stepchildren, Larry Spayd Jr., Vicki Ullmann, Cindy Burke, David Spayd and Lisa Herb; and his sister Gail Scarpaci (John). He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 668 Benjamin Franklin Hwy, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ASPCA or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
