He is survived by: his children, Frederick S. Mohr Jr. (Cynthia), Stephen Mohr (Denise) and Ann Mohr; his grandchildren, Christy D'Angelo (John) and Corinne Mohr; his close friends, Brian Mishler, James Mohr and Matthew Mohr; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Vincent D'Angelo, Harrison, Charles and Miles Brumbaugh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
