He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Seiz and Anna Seiz (Rhode); his daughter Wendy McKissic; and his siblings, Raymond, Richard, Patricia and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Seiz (Klink); his children, James D. Seiz (Kimberly) and Sandra D. Guido (Michael); and his grandchildren, Evan, Kyle, Christopher and Chloe.
