He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald S. Riegel Sr. and Jeanette (Frank Natoli); and his siblings, Lawrence Riegel and Dolores Richardson (Riegel). He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Riegel (Orth); his daughters, Debra M. (Mark Swist) and Lora M. (Robert Myers); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Isaac Duquette), Michael Swist, Jonathan Myers and Aidan Myers; his sisters, Sally Laity (Jake) and Ann Handling (Gregory); and his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Riegel.
