It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Fake of Exeter Township, Pennsylvania, born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Mazurkiewicz. She is survived by: her husband Bret J. Fake; her mother Dona Mazurkiewicz (Braun); her sons, Justyn J. Fake (Lynn Fake) of Exeter Township and Trevor P. Fake (Brianna Fake) of Reading; her grandchildren, Lilly, Leah and Anika; and her siblings, Mark Mazurkiewicz of Jacksonville and Deb Tellis (Gus Tellis) of Pottstown.
