It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Mullen of Exeter Township, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 3, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Nowotarski and Mary Nowotarski (Wisniewski); her husband E. William Mullen; and her siblings, Edmund, John, Stanley, Eugene, Bernard, Clarence, Mildred and Dolores.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey, Kathleen (Maier) and Galen (Ann); her grandchildren, Brett (Sarah), Lesley, Kyle and Kirk; her great grandchildren, Nicolas, Charles, Spencer, Fletcher and Lenore; and her sister Lorraine Overley.
