He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Corbin and Frances Corbin (Ellner); and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Richard Simons, Dr. Glenn Corbin (Gaye) and Ellyn Levin; his grandchildren, Jessica (Wes), Melody (Johnny), Tiffany (Peppi), Seth (Valerie), Alyse (Rich), Jared and Aaron (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Graham, Logan, Isaiah, Natalie, Claire, Max, Mykah, Pearl and Joyce.
