She was predeceased by: her spouse Frederik J. Michels; and her parents, Pieter and Jantien E. (Bakker). She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth M. Pinizzotto (Antonino P. Pinizzotto) and Pieter O. Michels (Deanna Michels) of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchildren, Cristofor G. Michels of Jacksonville, Florida, Jessica Pinizzotto of Alden and Christina Tosti (Daniel Tosti) of Philadelphia; her great grandchild Archibald; her brothers, Pieter and Steen (Catrien); her niece Ageeth; and her nephew Julius.
