With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin J. Heck of Exeter Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Heck and Pauline I. Heck (Bricker); his son Kevin Heck; his siblings, Donald Heck, Dennis Heck and Shirley Heck Derr; and his brother-in-law Richard Pawalski.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Heck (Puwalski); and his sisters, Diane Heck and Loretta Henry (Bob).
Viewing was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Catharine of Siena Church (4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catharine of Siena R. C. C. (4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Calendar Gethsemane Cemetery Chapel of St. George (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church memorial fund at the above address in honor of Alvin.
