She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frederick and Alice Meade Killinger (Hake); her husband John Blackburn; her daughter Mary Goyak; and her siblings, Anna Grace Killinger, Marybelle O'Toole, Lorna Stoner, George, Jack, Samuel and Fred Killinger.
She is survived by: her son John S. Blackburn of Everson Valley; her son-in-law Ken Goyak of Everson Valley; her grandchildren, Sarah Martinosky (Kevin) of Everson, Rebecca Henderson (Brandon) of Scottdale, Julie Barr (Jason) of Bridgeville and Kenny Goyak (Katie) of Easton; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Rylee Martinosky, Isabella, Brooke, Benjamin Henderson, Zachary, Zoe Barr, Jack, Cara and Cassidy Goyak.
