He is survived by: his parent Margaret Moore (Martin); his daughters, Angela Moore and Janine Moore; his sisters, Debra Moore of Everson, Rose Murphy (Monty) of Normalville, Vickie Roberts of Scottdale and Cecilia Roberts (Barry) of Connellsville; and his stepbrothers, Bob Ellsworth, Harold Ellsworth and Bryan Ellsworth. He is also survived by his niece and caregiver; Lori Nicholson (with whom Peanut resided) and many nieces and nephews.
