In loving memory of Joseph B. Dugger of Everson, Pennsylvania, born in Albright, West Virginia, who departed this world on June 10, 2024 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Dugger and Vernie Fairburn Dugger; his wife Freda Mae Thomas Dugger; his sons-in-law, Ricky Clausner and Gary Reed; his great grandchild Gary Preston; and his brothers, James, Ted, Roy, Harry, Robert, Kenneth and Calvin Dugger.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph W. Dugger (Mindy) of Everson, Juliana Clausner of Mt. Pleasant, Janice Reed of Scottdale, Emma Mae Henry (Anthony) of Scottdale, Ruth O. Dugger of Scottdale and Marilyn Wright (Ellis) of Everson; his half-sisters, Susan Lampo (Don) of Scottdale and Nellie Prinkey (Barry) of Connellsville; and his sister-in-law Maralee Dugger of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great & great-great-grandchildren.
