He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald D. Koontz (Nancy) and Diane M. (Larry "Frankie" Swope) of Everett, PA; his sisters-in-law, Betty Koontz and Sally Koontz of Everett, PA; his nephew Brad; his great-nephews, Carter, Cameron, Kyle and Anthony; his niece Lydia; and also, Jennifer, Jason Foor, Rochelle, Kelsey and Mazi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many special friends.
