He is survived by: his sister Kimberly Cornwell (Everett); his nephew Michael Reyan; his aunts and uncles, Roy D. Nelson of Everett, Robert W. Nelson (Peggy), Betty M. Clark (Stephen) and Ruth Sheirer (John); and his close friend Chad Hockenberry. He is also survived by three great-nephews.
